At bond., we operate on a limited drop collection model, meaning every piece is produced in small, exclusive batches. As a small business, this approach allows us to maintain high quality and unique offerings for our community.

• All sales are final—we do not accept returns.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes an exchange may be necessary. Here’s how it works:

• You have 7 business days from the delivery date to initiate an exchange.
• Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition, with tags still attached.
• Exchanges require a $20 processing fee ($10 return shipping + $10 reshipping).

Manufacturer Defects

If you receive an item with a manufacturer defect, we’ll gladly exchange it at no cost. Please reach out with photos within 7 business days of receiving your order.
